The main purpose of the Consultant Care Specialist is to deliver world-class Customer Service to our Project Experts. You will give all new consultants a warm welcome to our business, ensuring they have key information needed for their project and act as the first point of contact for queries throughout their project lifecycle.
HR Support
- Onboarding of all new consultants – collection of compliance documentation and contract issuance.
- Issue employee handbook and company policies, ensuring that consultants have all information about working at CMC.
- Leave management and reporting
- Issuance of employment letters, upon request
- Provide MOM support for EP & SP applications/renewals and MOM reports
- Main point of contact for queries in relation to payroll, leave and medical insurance.
- Offboarding and exit letters where necessary
Sales Support
- Generation of client quotations for PO generation
- Coordination of Project renewals
- Post project meetings
- Creation of reports as necessary
- Any other ad hoc tasks as appropriate
