Company Orientation

• Introduction to the EdTech/Training Industry: Gain an understanding of the industry landscape.
• Company Overview: Learn about the company's vision, product and service offerings, organizational structure, and work culture.
• Software & Tools: Introduction to the essential software and tools used within the company.
• Administrative Processes: Overview of payroll, annual filing, and invoice submission processes, and tools.

Instructor CRM and Deployment

• CRM Setup & Management: Set up and manage the CRM system, including the allocation of assignments via Google Forms and timetabling formats.
• Instructor Assignments: Allocate assignments to instructors and update curriculum dashboards.
• Resume Revamp: Standardize and update instructors' resumes.

Stakeholder Communication & Document Management

• Group Chat Management: Best practices for managing group chats with relevant stakeholders.
• Instructor Liaison: Coordinate with new instructors, manage and file important documents, and ensure timely communication with schools.
• Deadline Management: Track important deadlines and send reminders to relevant parties.
• On the Ground Coordination: Learn about the activities of a school coordinator on the ground (ad-hoc).
• Survey Results Consolidation: Tabulate student survey results (ad-hoc).

Tender and Contract Management
