Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential food delivery restaurant partners, business opportunities, and new markets.
- Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster business growth. Work with partners closely to manage partner onboarding and assist with post sales.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales approaches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Delivery riders, to align goals and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related role is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and performance driven
- Able to start immediately would be a plus. Able to speak in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
