- Assist to perform full spectrum of HR operations duties
- Assist to work closely with business units to execute HR policies and government statutory requirements effectively and ensure compliances
- Learn to perform full cycle of payroll
- Assist to perform training administration duties and training grant application
- Assist to perform staff off-boarding process
- Perform application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Maintain HR database in system and P files
- Assist to manage foreign worker work pass quota
- Assist to respond to government surveys
- Assist to perform HR reporting required by Management
- Assist to implement HR initiatives and company staff well-being activities
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Nitec / Nitec in HR Management or related field
- 6 - 12 months of experience in HR duties. Fresh Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec graduates who are keen to learn HR jobs are welcome to apply
- Keen and willing to learn
- Able work under a fast-paced work environment and multi-tasked
- Able to put into efforts to ensure work is accurately carried out
- Good communications in written and spoken skills
