Job Summary :

The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the system.

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
• 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Good to be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications:
• Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
• Basic Salesforce configuration experience / have completed

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret complex financial and accounting processes to design and implement robust Appian solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new applications with existing systems.
• Lead the development and optimization of Java-based components for maximum performance and scalability.
• Employ best practices in software development to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure error-free functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the company. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all software solutions.
• Optimize existing financial software applications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document all phases of the software development lifecycle for future reference and compliance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to improve team skills and project outcomes.
• Engage in continuous learning to maintain expertise in Java, Appian, and financial domain knowledge.

Qualifications
