What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with top-tier game R&D teams to implement comprehensive risk management strategies, ensuring quality assurance from the design phase through to the game launch.
- Experience the gameplay design, leveraging your extensive gaming experience to provide constructive feedback aimed at elevating the user experience.
- Utilize a range of tools and methodologies to conduct thorough and meticulous game testing. Follow up on issue resolutions to ensure a seamless game launch.
- Uphold and maintain stringent standards at all times, continually striving to enhance R&D processes. This effort aims to improve team efficiency and the quality of outputs, thereby contributing to the development of first-rate products.
What We Are Looking For:
- Passion for games and extensive gaming experience, with high standards for game quality. Hardcore gamers are preferred.
- Exceptional logical thinking skills with a strong aptitude for learning; be patient, detail-oriented, accountable, and adept at identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to drive progress and collaborate effectively within a team; ability to perform well under pressure.
