We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Accounts Executive.

The incumbent will assist the Regional Accountant in the day to day operations of the Accounting department for ASEAN group of companies. The duties included but not limiting to the following;

Accounts Payable :

• Verify and match vendor invoices against PO
• Verify Employee expenses claim
• Process payments
• Prepare information for monthly reports

Accounts Receivables :

• Prepare invoices and ensure delivery of invoices to clients
• Review receivables from clients on a weekly basis
• Process receipts

Cash flow

• Prepare cash position statement on a weekly basis

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / ACCA or equivalent qualification recognized by ISCA
• Min 3-4 years accounting experience
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

CoGri Works Manager is responsible for day to day operations and ensuring work is on time and of the right quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage and Coordinate of Labour and Equipment

• Defining clear roles and responsibilities and deliverables requirements in terms of both scope and schedule of Works Team
• Coordinating and supervising Works Team

2. Maintain high quality standards

• Maintaining high standards of quality control procedures
• Monitoring productivity and schedule performance

3. Manage Materials usage

• Reviewing progress and liaising with Project Manager to monitor costs
• Ensuring documents are filled drawn up and submit accordingly

4. Project compliance and reporting

• Ensuring contractual specifications and requirements are met
• Preparing Works daily reports, records and drawings
• Ensuring proper approval and documentation of changes to work scope

5. Ensure site safety

• Implementing safe work procedures
• Carrying out safety inspections
• Adhering to Company safety standards
• Promoting safety culture among Works team

We are currently looking to add an energetic Site Supervisor to our team to deliver flooring construction projects to clients across the ASEAN region.

Job Description

As a Site Supervisor, your role is to coordinate and control all physical aspects of the day-to-day working on construction projects to ensure safety and quality compliance with company standards.

You will be reporting to the Site Manager. The Site Supervisor is accountable for the progress of the site works and control of activities generally on-site as well as ensuring accurate recording of all information and that quality records including worker numbers onsite, accident incident reporting and quality traceability processes are maintained.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate labour on site
• Maintain high quality standards for work on site
• Manage material usage on site including inventory and consumables
• Project Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Preferred candidate should possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate that possesses a Core Trade Supervisor (Structural) certificate would be an added advantage.
• Candidate that possesses experience in concrete construction or surveying would be an added advantage.
• Construction Work for WSH would be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore building and construction safety regulations.
• Min 3 years relevant experience in the related field or position.
• Must be able to work with Microsoft Office (particularly in Word and Excel).
• Willing to travel abroad.
• Proficient in English.
