JOB SCOPES:
At year 1 - 2 as Senior Executive,
- Spearhead the new division of rental fleet.
- Develop sales kits.
- Promote the equipment leasing services.
- Sites survey to determine equipment suitability and limitation.
- Propose customised solution for customers.
- Formulate and propose suitable pricing to management.
- Propose optimal fleet size increment to management.
- Monitoring running cost & profit margin.
At year 2 - 3 as Manager,
- Hiring and managing a team of Sales Executives and Coordinator.
- Commission structuring.
- Market and competitor analysis.
- Structuring Sales & Marketing strategies.
- Sales forecast.
- Work closely with service department.
At year 3-4 as HOD for Rental Fleet Department,
Same scopes as Manager with additional:
- Managing Profit & Loss.
- Managing teams (Each team managing different set of customers)
MIN REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years equipment* rental experience.
- Have experiences managing major MNCs clients.
- Possess own car or at least ready to lease.
STARTING PACKAGE:
- Basic range from $3500 – $4500
- Transport Allowances $2000
- Monthly Commission (Expected consistently between $2000 - $6000)
