Key Responsibilities
Customer Data Entry and Organization:
- Accurately input and update customer data in our CRM system.
- Ensure all customer records are current, complete, and correctly categorized.
- Assist in cleaning up existing data by identifying duplicates and inconsistencies
Consumer Follow-Up Calls:
- Conduct follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback or provide additional information about our products/services.
- Maintain a log of all customer interactions, highlighting key insights and areas for follow-up.
- Support the Care specialist by addressing basic inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
- Help create engaging content for social media platforms and contribute to the overall content strategy.
Ad Hoc Marketing Tasks:
- Provide support on various marketing projects as they arise, which may include event planning, research, or creating marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new marketing strategies.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing marketing meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
