Job purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist the Data Protection Office (DPO) with various tasks in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and support the Corporate Services Team with administrative and technological tasks as well as initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience for individuals interested in data protection, collaboration tools, and team operations. It offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in privacy regulations, low-code development, and teamwork, while contributing to the organization’s efforts to safeguard information and optimize internal processes.

Key activities:

• Assist in maintaining data protection documentation, including policies, procedures, and personal data inventories;
• Support DPO in conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and compliance reviews;
• Assist in designing, testing and troubleshooting SharePoint forms and workflows;
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions for improved efficiency;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks to support the team operations;
• Provide administrative support to the team members.

Formal education:

• University or college degree or comparable
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Recent graduates with not more than 1 year of professional work experience (excluding internships)
• Basic knowledge of data protection regulations is a plus
• Singaporeans and Singapore PRs preferred
