Qualifications & Requirements
· Min 3 years of experience in automation operations with product design skills
· Able to manage existing Automation systems and improvements for new systems
· Strong in computer aided design, or CAD.
· Expertise in 2D/3D modeling and rendering.
· Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturing (DFM).
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Able to demonstrate innovative past product designs through a portfolio or simple case studies
· Comfortable in structural analysis, or FEA
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities :
· Operate, monitor, and maintain automated systems and machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
· Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments to automation equipment to minimize downtime.
· Optimize automation workflows to improve production speed, accuracy, and consistency.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and new automation technologies.
· Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
· Work closely with production, engineering, and marketing teams to align automation and product design goals.
· Document processes, designs, and system configurations for future reference.
· Provide training and guidance to team members on automation tools and product design methodologies.
