The successful candidate will handle a portfolio of clients consisting of private local and foreign companies in the provision of corporate secretarial services which includes:

· Attending to clients on routine corporate secretarial matters

· Incorporation of or striking-off of companies

· Preparing the necessary documents re AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ minutes etc

· Advising on and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory provisions

· Being conversant in statutory filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities

· Maintaining necessary statutory records

· The ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

Requirements:

· Undertaken courses in statutory secretarial works, or equivalent qualifications

· Familiar with the Companies Act and related requirements

· Minimum 3 years corporate secretarial experience, desirable

· Proficiency in computer skills

Job Description

• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which include but is not limited to company incorporations, companies strike off, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
• Ensuring compliance in accordance with relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers, and submission of statutory returns.
• Providing administrative support to the corporate secretarial team as needed
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Management or other relevant disciplines
• Members of CSIS/MAICSA or currently pursuing CSIS/MAICSA would be an added advantage.
• Possess good understanding of Companies Act & Constitution.
• Must be conversant with ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping.
• Candidate should have some level of knowledge of corporate secretarial practice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential.
• Corporate Secretarial, Associate: At least 1 year of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial role, preferably within a professional services firm or corporate secretarial practice
• Corporate Secretarial, Assistant Associate: Candidates without prior experience will also be considered.
