Daily visit of clients at their premises mostly retails outlets
On-Site notes taking, discussion with client
Replying customer enquiries and feedback
Act on the feedback to ensure quality delivery of services
Responsible for meeting sales quota with the sales team
Handling sales inquiries and quotations from customers
Handling pre and post sales enquiries from customers
Entering confirmed orders
Arrange and track delivery of services and ensure that the services are up to standard
Communicate with clients regarding on their orders and our products
Job Requirements
Require to work on alternate Saturday and Sunday
Speak Mandarin to customers and read simple written Chinese
Good verbal and written communication skills
5.5 day work week
Visiting clients in the weekend 2 times a month
Experience in Sales to Retail and Stationary is advantages
Require to travel to clients retails store
