Job Description & Requirements
- Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
- Perform daily administrative duties, including answering phone calls etc
- Provide general administrative & secretarial support to Project Manager
- Provide support to engineers in compiling report, drawings and project related documents for submission
- Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
- Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Arrange and attend meetings to record minutes and distribute minutes of meetings
- Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
- Securely backup all documentation
- Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External)
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Minimum "N/O" level / Professional certificate
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
- Experience dealing with LTA project preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, including Words and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organized
- Good communication skills with all level and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Details-oriented, good coordinating skills.
- Fast learner, positive working attitude.
