Job Responsibilities:
Examined guests items for tears, stains, missing accessories etc. and owners are notified of it. If some are due to processing, then ensure these ar rectified or replaced
Properly mark and sort guests items for washing and drying or for dry-cleaning
Properly clean and pack guests items according to corresponding laundry list
Promptly and efficiently collected and delivered guests items
Carry special instruction from guest to staff concerned for proper action
Check and inspect quality of laundry and dry-cleaning items being processed and special instructions are carried out
Handle laundry billing and posting through computer and balance up accurately
