Job Description
- Data administration covering customer and market data, and trade booking.
- Participate in cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, funds etc.
- Investigate and escalate any discrepancies outside of given tolerances for portfolios.
- Provide support on other administrative matters / back-up duties as needed.
- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients, in particular from Chinese speaking regions.
- Partner client, business support and service providers to ensure delivery of clients' requirements including working on weekends (if required).
Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Banking or Finance
- Fresh graduates to maximum 2-year experience
- High-stress resistance and multitasking ability
- Able to use data tools such as Phyton
- Only Singaporeans and permanent residents will be considered
