Job Description
The software support engineer is responsible for providing technical support with the Pre-deployment setup and post-deployment support from end-users in Hospitals, Nursing homes or other healthcare institutions.
- Assist with Pre-Deployment setup; preparation of device software after hardware assembly.
- Perform Software Updates to operational devices whenever needed.
- Perform diagnosis, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Provide Technical support (L1/L2) to users. There will be occasional need to respond to system issues beyond working hours on a 24/7 basis
Job Requirements
- Experience with working in Linux OS environment.
- Knowledge in working with Edge devices and peripherals (e.g: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi technology, Device Networking, etc.)
- Programming skills preferred (Bash scripting, Python, C++).
- Good communication skills and experience in working with end users on providing technical support.
