Responsibilities
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum N Levels or equivalent
- Advantageous to have at least 1 year of customer service and or call centre experience
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
- Able to multitask
- Able to speak and understand more than one language
- Able to commit to shift-hours (as stated below) desk-bound
Other Information:
- Training will be provided
- Working hours during training period is from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays/Sundays
- Shift-hours are from 8am to 6pm, spanning from Monday to Sunday on rotation basis of 4-days-work-2-days-off shift and 2-days-work-1-day-off shift)
- Starting basic salary of $1,700
- 12 weeks probation period
- Incentives are applicable upon confirmation
