Responsibilities

• Reporting to the President of the company, this position involves in participating in the Executive Management Team, liaising with the Company's headquarter, supporting the President in daily management and maintaining relationships with Company's rig owners and branches.
• Key responsibilities include managing business processess, representing company at events, supervising Marketing and Contract Management, approving relevant policies, providing market updates, and bid recommendations.
• Monitoring of rig requirements, introducing company's services to new clients and maintaining client relationships.
• Oversees the Marketing and Contracts team, standardizes marketing materials, ensures contractual compliance, maintains strong client contacts, oversees client feedback, evaluates team performance, fulfills personal KPIs, and performs other duties as assigned by the President.

Requirements

• Min. 10 years experience in Marketing, Contracts and Commercial role
• Previous marketing experience in Global Offshore Industry
• Experience in negotiating contracts in International Market
• Experience in Marketing and contract negotiation in GCC countries, Middle East, near East and Africa will be an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia

This is a start up company where this position will take the lead to grow the company with the support from the stakeholders / Board Management.

Responsibilities

• As a financial institution / securities, this position is to make sure that the company is run according to Singapore governance frameworks especially on MAS SFA

Requirements

• Degree or Master in Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in Securities industry with 6 years in management role.
• Comply with relevant examination requirements (M1A or 1B, 2A, 6 and 6A, M5, 8 and 8A)

• Very good in analytical skills for problem solving and managing complex processes
• Good communication and negotiation skills
