Responsibilities:
Business Development
- To establish business development goals, formulate business development plans and strategies to maximize business opportunities in the local market
- To conduct market intelligence and provide insights in identifying new business opportunities
- To lead and work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of strategies to achieve target revenue
- To drive the implementation of various business development activities.
Portfolio Management
- Be proactive in identifying accounting and compliance needs of the clients
- Provide complex financial and accountancy advice to clients
- Initiate accounting system/work flow automation with clients
- Manage client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accounting and / or corporate secretarial outsourcing function supporting multiple clients
- Proven business development experience, the ability to convert leads and cross sell
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, IRAS legislation and Employment Act etc.
- Good client relationship management experience, good problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
- Effective planning and organizing skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deliverables
- Strong business acumen, team-player, analytical and self-motivated
- Good command of English and Mandarin, and preferably Cantonese
