About The Role

• You will be working on various local projects to collaborate in a teamwork environment to design, document and deliver excellent architecture. You will interface with external clients, consultants and stakeholders to complete project tasks independently or with the team.
• Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings and models
• Assist in project execution and administration throughout the project cycle
• Work with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
• Assist to ensure that the building plans meet the necessary building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience preferred

• Experience in Public Housing projects preferred

• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices

• Conversant with local codes & regulations

• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit

• Good communication skills and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

· Supervision and coordination of projects/ project team through different project stages

· Responsible for project costs and schedules

· Involvement in design development

· Incorporate codes, authority submissions, consultations

· Contract administration and any other site operational and project management matters

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or relevant field (project management etc.)

· Min. 3 years relevant working experience preferred.

· Positive working attitude, self-motivated and passionate

· Conversant with local building requirements and regulations

· Good time management skills

· Experience in high density housing and/or public housing

· Due to need of local knowledge, only Singaporean/ Singapore PR preferred

Responsibility:

• Build up company’s overall BIM capabilities
• Prepare, maintain and update of BIM execution plan and models
• Manage process of exchange and coordination of 3D model with consultants and client
• Manage BIM/ Revit setup, family, standards and protocol
• Manage technological collaboration between project team members
• Develop, discover, collect, share and manage processes, best practices and techniques of BIM/ REVIT/ other BIM tools
• Oversee Quality and Standards of BIM in the company

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture and above
• min 3 years relevant experience in well-established architectural firms preferably
• Exposure in development projects (commercial, hotel, office, residential)
• Good Leadership, organization and communication skills
• Well-versed in MS Office, the latest version of AutoCAD and Revit
• Have strong proficiency in drafting software and have sufficient experience in submissions to various authorities
• Familiar with local drafting standard and authority submission requirement
• Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in high density housing and/or public housing
• Preferably Singaporean/ Singapore PR
