Job Opportunity: Real Estate Personal Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support real estate activities with administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese and dialect-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Assist with telemarketing and client engagement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate data using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Edit and enhance pictures for marketing purposes.
- Perform general office duties to streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong computer literacy, and basic photo editing skills.
- Language: Ability to communicate in Chinese and/or local dialects is essential.
- Availability: Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
