Job Requirements:

• Manage and maintain all production and quality documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and stored according to company procedures.
• Control document numbering, revisions, and distribution, ensuring that only the latest versions of documents are available to the team.
• Develop and maintain efficient systems for filing, archiving, and retrieving documents, both electronically and physically. Ensure documents are easy to retrieve for audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
• Monitor and review document submissions for accuracy, quality, and completeness before filing or distribution.
• Maintain and control document registers, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documentation is accurately logged and tracked.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Review all sale orders to work orders on a daily basis
• Ensure that customer order deliveries are on time and in full
• Review overall production processes
• Liaise with Customer Service Personnel on the Export orders on delivery shipment
• Generate the work orders and production schedule to meet the requirement dates with full required quantity
• Analyze and work out the lead times required for each process
• Include these lead times in the planning stage for work orders issuance and to liaise with respective personnel on these lead times
• Ensure there is no shortage of manpower and material for production runs
• Issue work orders and follow up with the respective Production departments
• Inform relevant department of any changes in work orders e.g. reduce/increase in quantity
• Check the following before issuance of work orders
• Assist on stock taking
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years in planning
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office suite

Job Description:

• Leads and coordinate new product development (includes process development for novel products).
• Prepare technical documents (i.e. Drawings, Control plans, etc) to ensure product is designed to purpose.
• Supervision of production and QA for new product prototypes.
• Interface between both internal and external stakeholders on the technical aspects of product development.
• Prepare test plans for qualification of raw materials and new process.
• Survey market on process and material technologies with regards to product packaging.
• Assist in evaluation of possible cause/s for problems encountered in the plant or from clients and recommend solutions.
• Evaluate and specify the appropriate test instruments, as well as, quality testing procedures of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
• Conduct life cycle assessment on products and processes to propose green alternatives
• Other product and process related tasks may be assigned from time to time.
• Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and policy, including the implications of nonconforming to the requirements and the assessment of occupational risks and hazards.
• Schedule regular communication with employees to discuss expectations and challenges, and help to remove obstacles related to product safety and quality.
• Act on comments and suggestions from employees about product safety and quality seriously, and regularly encourage employees to offer ideas about improving product safety and quality.
• Allocate time for employees to receive product safety and quality training, as well as regular updates and refresher sessions.

Requirements:
