We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a distributor of cutting-edge sports technology products, we provide wearables and gadgets to retail shops, specializing in smartwatches, golf gadgets, diving equipment, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic visits to potential dealers and clients.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, offering tailored product recommendations and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product managers and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor/Manager/Director.
• Cover the golf retail segment, dive equipment retail segment, and corporate customers.

Qualifications:

• Min A level with experience in sales, preferably in sports technology or consumer electronics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
• A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales success.
• Familiarity with the golf and diving industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Will pay basic salary + sales commission

Duties and Responsibilities

• Event Date: 14 -17 Nov 2024
• Location: Suntec Conventional Centre, L3 (Best Denki)
• Working Hours: 11am to 9pm with 30-45 min meal break
• Rate: $12/hour with commission
• Training and briefing will be provided
• Provide information regarding the promoted products which include hardware, software, & accessories.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting suitable products
• Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on product selection.
• Assist in organizing and arranging merchandise in an attractive and organised manner to entice customers.
• Assist in setting up booths or promotional stands and restocking products.
• Demonstrating products using interactive materials such as videos, and brochures provided.
• Ensuring that targets assigned to them are met.
• Maintaining records of sales activities and report daily during the event.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the tidiness of the counter and ensuring the store is well stocked with products and marketing materials, including product displays.
• Identifying and engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on our products, leading to successful sales transactions.
• Demonstrating the unique features of our products in a compelling manner to captivate potential customers.
• Building strong rapport with in-store co-workers and managers.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the team's success.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sporty and cheerful personality.
• Basic Excel skills for daily sales reporting.
• Embrace an active lifestyle and have a passion for sports like running, cycling, golf, swimming, and diving.

Additional Information

• 6-day work week with 1 day off during weekdays.
• Work hours: 1 pm to 9 pm and able to accommodate different schedules.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage and to ensure timely and accurate processing and confirmation of Sales Orders to Invoices.
• Timely tracking of orders and delivery fulfilment.
• Support the sales team in daily administration works such as filing of documents, data entry and responding to queries from vendors and customers when the assigned Account Managers are unavailable.
• Facilitate in invoicing, issuing of credit note and document matching for retail channel customers.
• Occasionally attend to customers who visit the office for self collection.
• Attend to customer and vendors enquiries on orders, and/or product availability
• Ad-hoc admin duties and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirement

• 2 or more years experience as Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be good
• SAP knowledge an advantage
