What you'll be doing

• Handling end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Providing HR support and guidance to employees, addressing their queries and concerns effectively
• Assisting with the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management (within 20 headcounts)
• Coordinating and organising HR-related training and development programs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
• Collaborating with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR Executive or HR Generalist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications

• Individualized Education Planning: Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs and conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, needs, and learning goals.
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver instructions and implement various instructional techniques, materials and technologies to students with special needs and accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student's progress, performance, observations and achievements and assist in assessing their academic, social, and behavioral development.
• Individualized Support and Differentiation: Provide support and assist students based on guidance and differentiating instructions from experienced educators to address a range of abilities, interests, and learning styles - including implementing remediation, accommodations, and modifications.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and participate in team meetings with colleagues, therapists, and families to discuss students' progress and ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to student support and development.
• Professional Development: Engage in comprehensive training and mentorship programs designed to enhance knowledge, skills, best practices, research and advancements in special education.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Special Education / Early Childhood or any related fields
• Passion, patience, and empathy to work with individuals with special needs

• Daily Care and Supervision: Oversee, monitor, and assist students with personal care and ensure safety and well-being of students during care hours
• Program Development and Implementation: Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs and abilities and implement structured activities that focus on enhancing monitor skills, social interactions, communication and self-regulation by using a variety of teaching methods
• Collaboration with Parents and Professionals: Communicate regularly with parents / caregivers, therapists, counselors, and other specialists to ensure students progress, behavior, and well-being are supported
• Behavioral Support: Identify and respond to behavioural issues, using positive reinforcement techniques and de-escalation strategies
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and any incidents or concerns and prepare progress reports and participate in review sessions to assess the effectiveness of educational plans

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations (class scheduling, staff deployment, student attendance tracking)
• Educational Leadership: Mentor and support teachers by reviewing lesson plans, conducting evaluations, refining teaching methods and liaising with parents to address any queries
• Program and Event Coordination: Organize, manage, and plan volunteer programs, CSR activities, enrichment activities, holiday programs etc
• Enrollment and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment, conduct enrollment interviews, and collaborate with the marketing team on social media outreach
• Administrative and Marketing Support: Implement and manage CRM tools for communication, data management, and ensuring all events receive appropriate media coverage
• Financial and Resource Management: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for events and within the centre
• Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution: Implement conflict resolution strategies and ensure that incidents are documented and professionally handled
• Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that the centre adheres to all regulatory requirements, MOE guidelines, and Special Education standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre
• Possess at least a polytechnic diploma in Special Education, Education, Psychology or any related field(s)
• Having a First Aid and CPR certification may be an added advantage
