- Working Hours: 6 days a week with rotating shifts
Responsibilities:
Cashier
- Operate the POS cash register, handle various payment types, and pack customer purchases.
- Provide prompt, helpful, and courteous service to customers at all times.
- Stack, display, and replenish products on shelves as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Retail Assistant
- Stack, display, and replenish products on shelves; monitor expiry dates for freshness.
- Maintain neat storage during loading and unloading; perform daily housekeeping tasks.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers; assist at the checkout counter and pack groceries.
- Regularly check and return trolleys to the main area; perform any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Capable of lifting loads up to 10 kg and climbing ladders for stock replenishment.
- Proficient in reading and understanding product labels.
- Service-oriented with strong teamwork skill.
