Our client is an MNC specializing in advanced sheet metal fabricators with a focus on precision engineering and a precision machining service provider based in Singapore.

Job Highlights:

• Basic Up to $4000
• Working Location: Tuas (walking distance from MRT)
• Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri) - Office Hours

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee in-progress and final product inspections.
• Approve first article submissions and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Monitor and improve quality standards continuously.
• Resolve quality issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Supervise and ensure proper calibration of measuring equipment.
• Review on non-conformances & approve disposition actions.
• Prepare 8D reports to address quality issues.
• Provide regular quality reviews and training sessions.
• Support product and process development for First Article Product.
• Assist in maintaining ISO compliance, including reports and follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Knowledge of measuring and statistical techniques.
• Familiarity with CMM machines.
• Ability to lead a team of quality operators.
• Class 3 driving license is a plus.
