Job Details:

• Salary: $3000 - $3600 (depends on experience)
• Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon – Fri)
• Working Location: Havelock (Central Area)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of security systems (Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems) at clients’ locations.
• Execute service and maintenance procedures efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with client representatives to address all service and maintenance-related issues promptly.
• Assist the supervisor in deploying teams for service tasks and assigning responsibilities accordingly.
• Handle daily client interactions and manage expectations to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, organization, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any additional technical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• With relevant working experiences or technical knowledges at CCTV System, ELV System, IDS System will be an added advantage
• With Class 2 or Class 3 License will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide projects to ensure alignment with shared goals and objectives.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project milestones and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving escalations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Deliver the project as per the agreed solution, within the approved budget, on schedule, and while upholding quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project team activities by delegating tasks, allocating resources, and overseeing program execution.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and well-organized.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Sciences Engineering or any other related field
