Responsibilities: As a Relationship Manager, you will be directly responsible for managing a portfolio of international corporate customers within South and South East Asia in collaboration with the team and the Head of Corporate Banking. Your role encompasses a wide range of activities, including: Client Relationship Management: Work closely with the team to foster client relations. Promote cross-selling of the bank's products in coordination with product desks. Leverage a proven track record of managing accounts within South East Asia and South Asia. Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with relevant team to define and execute the commercial strategy for the portfolio. Marketing and Origination: Conduct marketing activities to originate working capital solutions. Participate in new syndicated loans. Risk Management: Monitor the management and economic performance trends for assigned clients. Implement corrective actions in coordination with Head of Corporate as needed. Manage the general credit risk profile and promptly report signs of deterioration. Portfolio Coverage: Directly manage and enhance the assigned portfolio of international corporate customers. Coordinate with team for comprehensive coverage and support. Credit Facility Proposals: Prepare credit facility proposals according to established procedures. Assist in the allocation and renewal of internal ratings. Compliance and Documentation: Review commercial proposals, legal documentation, and AML/Compliance assessments. Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures. Operational Excellence: Guarantee compliance with operational processes and company regulations. Authorize rates and conditions for commercial banking products and services within your areas of autonomy. Collaboration and Optimization: Engage with professionals across different products and relationship teams. Optimize the use of credit lines granted in coordination with Head of Corporate and Industry. Qualifications and Skills: University degree and/or post-graduate degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent. 7-15 years of experience in Corporate Banking. Proven track record of managing accounts within South East Asia and South Asia. Strong credit risk analysis and analytical skills. Understanding of AML and Compliance rules and requirements. Excellent communication skills. Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills. Proactive, flexible, and adaptable. Organized with the ability to meet deadlines. Customer and detail-oriented.
