Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the branding and marketing efforts of our company in Singapore.

• Develop and execute branding and marketing plans to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Training, and other relevant departments to drive campaign efforts effectively.
• Establish strategic brand partnerships to expand brand reach and enhance consumer engagement.
• Manage and direct agencies in developing and implementing digital and Public Relation strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative communications across various markets.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to translate brand strategy into actionable marketing campaigns, aiming to increase market share, enhance brand equity, and improve customer experience.
• Responsible for managing the annual marketing budget and monitoring campaign performance to ensure Marketing ROI targets are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 months' experience in branding and marketing, preferably in related sectors such as Retail, F&B, FMCG or any sales background
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen understanding of consumer profiles and market trends.
• Well-organised with excellent timeline management skills.

Job hours: Flexible working hours (book available time slots and work according to your schedule)

* Conduct on-site surveys with interviewers to better understand the career path offered

* Being proactive and informative in answering interview questions, providing adequate insights on survey purpose.

* Share your personal experience after each session.

* All information and processes provided throughout the working relationship of both parties shall be kept strictly confidential.
