CorpZap is searching for an entry or junior level Corporate Secretary to service its portfolio of over 1000 client companies. On-the-job training will be provided. No prior experience is required.
Job scope includes:
- Incorporation of companies (drafting documents for incorporation and lodging on ACRA).
- Liasing with account managers for opening of bank accounts.
- Drafting of documents for corporate changes and lodging on ACRA.
- Invoicing clients for our services and sending out reminders for overdue payment.
- Reminding clients of their companies' annual obligations.
The ideal candidate must be:
- Able to communicate effectively with clients.
- Able to solve problems dynamically.
- Able and willing to learn and develop proficiency in technical skills.
- Proactive in finding solutions for clients.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
