Job Description:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for pre and post contract duties. He / she will handles estimating and cost control, the tendering/bidding process and the commercial interface after contract award. He/she should be able to carry out estimating and measurement of works prior for tender submission, sourcing of competitive and reliable suppliers / sub-contractors, produce tender documentation and manage the tender process, perform cost analysis and generate reports, administer and manage project and subcontractor’s claim, manage change order, monitor cost and highlight deviations etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in fitting-out projects is preferred.
- Must have essential computer skills to execute the work.
- Ability to interprete information from various sources.
- Good knowledge in pricing and contract management.
- Pro-active, result oriented and ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
- Solid track record of overseeing and delivering Fitout projects.
- Candidate with comprehensive experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
