- Must be able to operate on Microsoft exchange, Microsoft excel/word
- Good personality & must be a team player
- Can start work immediately.
Responsibilities for Transshipment Assistant
- Arrange for incoming cargoes transshipping via Singapore to various destination.
- Accurately ensure all transship is arranged correctly without errors
- To be able to correspond with various agents from our vast network around the world
- Report generating
- Manage and organize records and files
