Job Description
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, issuing offers through in-house recruitment system, and onboarding
- Administer the general careers team mailbox, providing timely and high-quality responses to candidates and new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in all other Admin duties in the HR Department
- Assist on other HR projects such as staff engagement events and when required
Requirements
- Minimum ‘A’ Levels or equivalent;
- People-oriented and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior hands-on recruitment experience is a plus
