- Provide administrative support to sales department
- Respond quickly and efficiently to sales inquiries and requests
- Assist in arranging viewings and meetings with prospects
- Issue tenancy agreement based on customers’ requirements
- Coordinating with Operations Team in fulfilment of customer's request
- Prepare marketing deliverables on social media channels, execution and maintenance.
- Any other duties as assigned for the accounting function
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent would be an advantage
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc
- Proactive, self-motivated individual who wishes to pursue knowledge in real estate rentals
- Detail oriented and meticulous
- Good coordination and communication skills
