· Relevant Experience In A Restaurant Kitchen And Day To Day Operations
· Thrive Under Pressure, Able To Mentor New Staffs And Rally The Team.
· Food Hygiene Certification And Fundamental Knowledge Of Food Safety, Kitchen Hygiene And SFA Regulations.
· Ability To Ensure The Hygiene And Housekeeping Of The Kitchen.
· Good Interpersonal Skills. Demonstrate Teamwork And Customer Service Focus.
· Knowledge Of Food Inventory And Maintaining Par Levels.
· Good Culinary Foundations. Understanding Of Various Cooking Methods, Ingredients, Equipment And Procedures.
· Able To Maintain High Food Quality And Presentation.
· Willing To Take On Ad Hoc Tasks.
