We are looking for a Corporate Travel Ticketing Agent responsible for managing and booking business travel arrangements for client's.
Responsibilies include:
1. Manage and understand clients account while providing timely accurate service
2. Prepare and issue of relevant documentation for corporate client’s business travel arrangements.
(E.g. request, tickets, itineraries, vouchers, billings)
3. Monitor accounts assigned to ensure quality service and updating of changes
Preferred canidates to possess :
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in corporate/B2B travel and ticketing
- Understand and familiar with IATA systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, GDS)
- Good service oriented communications skills
- Team player while a individual contributor
