Job Role
Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that meet department goals.
Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
Advise employees on HR policies and procedures and employment related matters.
Resolve employee relations issues and grievances professionally.
Promote employee retention and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Handle payroll processing, CPF submissions and statutory filings with accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in full spectrum HR functions
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team
Analytical mindset and experience with HRMS software (e.g. EPE, Access or Info-Tech)
