Job Role
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that meet department goals.
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
- Advise employees on HR policies and procedures and employment related matters.
- Resolve employee relations issues and grievances professionally.
- Promote employee retention and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
- Handle payroll processing, CPF submissions and statutory filings with accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in full spectrum HR functions
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team
- Analytical mindset and experience with HRMS software (e.g. EPE, Access or Info-Tech)
