Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide quick, responsive, quality and consistent response via phone, WhatsApp chats, emails, live chat.
- Ensure calls pick up within 3 rings
- Promote our services and advise on company information to customers via phone
- Provide after sales services including resolve customer issues, gather customer feedbacks and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prompt customers relevant questions to determine nature of problems
Job Requirements
- Minimum "N"-Level/SPM
- Customer-focused mindset with good verbal communication skills
- No job experiences required. Training will be provided.
Job Description :
- Monday - Saturday (Office Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Option for 5 days and 6 days work week
- Career progression to Assistant Manager
Remuneration and Benefits
- Initial monthly remuneration of $2,600 - $3,000.
- 12-14 days of annual leave
