Responsibilities
· Perform general maintenance and repair works, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and tiling.
· Troubleshoot and fix minor issues across various systems and fixtures.
· Conduct air-conditioning servicing and basic repairs.
· Assist in renovation, installation, and assembly projects when required.
· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with quality workmanship.
· Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
· Drive company vehicle to transport tools, equipment, and materials to different work sites.
Job Scope
· Electrical: Replace and repair faulty switches, sockets, and lighting.
· Plumbing: Fix leaks, clear clogs, and install sanitary fittings.
· Carpentry: Assemble furniture, repair cabinets, and handle small woodwork tasks.
· Tiling: Perform tile replacement, repairs, and grouting work.
· Aircon Servicing: Clean and maintain air-conditioning units to ensure proper functionality.
· General Maintenance: Inspect, diagnose, and repair minor structural and mechanical issues.
· Support other team members in large-scale projects when required.
Requirements
· At least 2 years of hands-on experience in handyman, maintenance, or related work.
· Proficient in various tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and aircon servicing.
· Valid Class 3 Driving Licence (required).
· Physically fit and capable of handling tools and equipment.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
