We need event assistants who will be able to assist for our event on 14th Jan 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests at the event
- Attend registration desk at the event
- Give a welcome speech to the event guests by reading out a short welcome introduction script
- Introduce event speakers
- Liaise with hotel banquet staff
Candidates should be able to report work within short period from anywhere between 2 days to 2 hours notice via phone call/email.
Candidates should possess:
- Outgoing personality and great customer service skills
- Well spoken english
Dress code for the event: Business/ Corporate Attire
Time: 7.15am to 5.45pm
Dates: 14th Jan 2025
Venue: Havelock Road
Salary: $15 to $20/hour depending on experience
