Roles & Responsibilities

• Send statement of account every month
• Manage petty cash, staff expense claims and reimbursement weekly
• Handle customers’ E – invoices and internal invoices
• Handle calls/ emails related to debtors’ payment and record on schedule accordingly
• Perform stock check in the month end
• Cash count and banking
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE’O’ Level or N Level or ITE Certificate
• PC Literate proficient in MS Excel and word
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

Roles & Responsibilities

• Making sure vehicles are properly maintained & checking to ensure in clean condition
• Inspecting vehicles for damages, random checking on daily basis
• Arranging repairs and routine maintenance
• Ensuring that all drivers have valid license expiry date and ensure renewal on time
• Maintaining and completing accurate records of truck daily checklist
• Keeping schedules and organizing team members. Plan and schedule driver leave.
• Replying email after consulting and checking with operation manager on the operation issues
• Follow up on equipment delivery for roadshow. Arrange transporter for collection and delivery.
• Follow up on stock allocation to outlet and check on short shelf life clearance to drivers
• Any other duties assigned by operation manager and management
• Class 3 is an optional. But, best if have.
• Pick up and send warehouse staff to designated location
• Collect and deliver samples to customer location.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Min “N” Level or equivalent
• Knowledge in MS Office and Excel
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (To liaise with associates)
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Preferably available immediately or within short notice
