- Prepare loadout plan and SOP for loading of barges and Supply vessel
- Prepare Risk Assessment.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of Supply boat/barge.
- Deploying workers to match operational needs, and ensuring certificates/permits are in place.
- Facilitating communication between the internal departments and Operations.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
- Conducting daily toolbox briefings/meetings with the workers.
- Proposing improvements to workflow to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Overseeing cargo handling operations, including lashing operations to secure cargo on barges.
- Regularly check in the lifting tools tally with the certifications.
- Arrange/monitoring workers after working hour jobs, etc. OT.
- Other duties assigned by the management.
Job Specification :
- Candidate must possess at least “O” level qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marine Industries or Logistics.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
