Job Description:

1. To lead and coach a team of Junior BA and BA in performing their tasks.
2. Responsible for tasks that being assigned to her/his team members.
3. Conducting business requirement studies & map business process to system process.
4. Preparing Master Functional Specification when required.
5. Develop Test Plan for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test.
6. Follow up on Issue Log.
7. Conduct User Acceptance Test Online/Onsite to Local and Oversea Users.
8. Perform Online/Onsite Daily User Support to Local and Oversea End Users Perform any other duty as directed by superior.

Requirements:

1. Preferably degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2. Experience in ERP system, preferably in SAP/PLM.
3. Positive attitude to learn new technologies and understanding how to utilize them.
4. Have a good communication skills, a team player, able to foster team commitments.
5. Able to work with tight schedule.
6. Willing to travel if required.

Job Description

Being our Sales Merchandiser, you will first go through a comprehensive orientation, which enhances your understanding of our corporate culture and management practices, acquisition of basic garment manufacturing and products knowledge for building a good foundation to excel. You will receive industry-specific and technical training throughout the Programme to build your professional know-how and business experience.

Upon graduation, you will manage a customer account to identify their needs and provide professional advice to them. You will manage full range of sales orders and lead a merchandising team to monitor the entire product development and bulk production process to ensure on time delivery and quality satisfaction. You will also collaborate with different departments on cost management and analysis.

Requirements

• University graduates in Business, Management or any related subject.
• Fresh graduates or any with less than 2 years of working experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven initiatives and drive to achieve excellence.
• A good team player with strong communication skill.
• Capable of serving as a role model for displaying openness, teamwork and integrity.
• Passion in Garments with keen interest to build career in Garment Industry.
• Willing to station in overseas for a short or long term assignments.
