Position: Landscape Executive (S$2300~S$3000)
Location: Near Commonwealth MRT, Singapore
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle paperwork & review contractors' documents (e.g., work orders, reports, KPIs).
- Communicate with clients, arborists & contractors via WhatsApp, email, & calls.
- Attend site & client meetings, prepare & submit meeting minutes promptly.
- Collaborate with green roof experts & conservation specialists.
- Inspect landscape maintenance works & evaluate contractor performance.
- Assist Arborists for data collection.
- Malaysian are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
Relevant experience in landscaping, inspections & project management will be prioritized.
Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & strong English communication skills.
Working Hours:
- Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
- Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM. (Work from Home)
