Scope: From PSLE to O Level

Salary: Fixed monthly gross salary of S$2,500, regardless of whether there are lessons or not.

Lesson Schedule:
Lessons are scheduled on short notice, so please be prepared to accommodate lessons immediately as they arise.

Even if there are no lessons scheduled, you should keep the following time slots free and avoid making other commitments.

Weekdays: From 4 PM to 9 PM

One-on-one sessions, either in-person or online 
(maximum two sessions of 1.5-hour per session)

Weekends: From 10 AM to 5 PM

Morning: Group lessons of up to 5 students for 1.5 hours per session

Afternoon: (maximum two sessions of 1.5-hour sessions each, in-person or online)

Days Off: Two weekdays off each week

Responsibilities:

• For Math Group lesson, prepare students for PSLE by completing the syllabus by the end of September in their P6 year. (maximum of 5 students for 1.5 hour)
• P5 students will follow a schedule from November of their P5 year to the end of September of their P6 year.
• Create lesson plans and assessments for each term, including grading.
• Assist with marking and creating assessments for students from P5 to Sec 4 as needed during available time.

We are looking for Conversational English Tutors to teach Japanese adults who are currently in Singapore.
You will be guiding them and helping them improve their English.

▪ Subject: Adult Conversational English

▪ Location: Pearl's Hill Terrace, Singapore 168976

▪ Time: Weekdays between 10 am to 2pm

(any 1 hour starting from 10am, with last slot from 1 to 2pm)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an online receptionist specializing in our tutoring services.

(Experience in online reception and secretarial duties preferred)

Allows for remote work from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

【Responsibilities】

* Tutor Recruitment:

- Conducting recruitment processes for home tutors.

- Managing and updating the Tutor Management Sheet

(Around 20 tutors are working for us)

* Demo Lesson Coordination:

- Setting up demo lessons for prospective tutors.

* Contractual Procedures:

- Sending contracts and providing an overview to selected home tutors.

- Archiving and managing home tutors' CVs and contracts.

* Lesson Arrangements:

- Coordinating and scheduling the lessons between tutors and students.

* Student Assignment:

- Assigning tutors to designated students based on compatibility and subject expertise.
