Join chef-owner Andrew Walsh on a journey through his Irish heritage with Nua Irish cuisine at CURE. Representing his take on the evolution of Irish cuisine, the name takes inspiration from the double meaning of the word nua: Old Gaelic for Irish and modern Irish for new. Expert;y showcasing of the Celtic nation’s produce and culinary influences.
We are now expanding our team and are looking for a captain to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at the 1 Michelin starred CURE Restaurant.
The successful candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of experience within a Michelin star environment or fine dining environment.
- Will be expected to provide the highest levels of service to our guests and gain extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu.
- Has excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for delivering first class service and a willingness to learn are essential in this role.
- Is a team player and assist throughout the restaurant by ensuring that every opportunity to give high-quality service is completed. Teamwork is essential and required by all our staff.

Benefits & Compensations
- Annual Leave: 12 days - 18days. For every additional 12 months of continuous service, additional 1 more day of paid leave will be credited up to 21 days max.
- Public Holidays: 1 day’s basic pay and travel (if applicable) on official public holidays.
- Other Leave Types:
Outpatient sick / Hospitalisation leave / Maternity/ Childcare/ Paternity leave / Marriage leave / Compassionate leave
- Staff meal is provided by the restaurant
- Transportation is provided after 11.30PM
