Monitor inventory levels and weekly stock taking at 3 warehouse at industrial area.
- Customer Service:Promote and ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints 24/7 everyday.
Establish and maintain customer service standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.
- Sales and Marketing:Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and drive sales.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize loss.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or operations, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and operational data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, tourism or a related field is preferred.
Work Environment:
- Daily travel between locations for stocktaking and audit. The role will require working weekends, holidays, and evenings.
This role requires hands-on management to ensure the retail operations run effectively and profitably.
