We are giving our current senior operations executive more strategic responsibilities and are looking to hire fresh hires to join us some time in Q1 2025 (Fresh diploma and ITE graduates welcome). Promising candidates will be sponsored a local part-time post-graduate diploma or diploma related to the business (e.g. IT, Business Administration, Marketing and Hospitality) in 2025/26.
This year we started our first class training PWDs in the area of tech and are looking at being a more accessible training provider and employer in Singapore and Malaysia. We are an all-inclusive employer and welcome PWDs and school leavers to apply. Mothers who took a long maternity break and are looking for a part-time role with hybrid setup to ease back into the workforce may also apply.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good English communication skills over text or email
- Interest tinkering with technnology tools e.g. GenAI
- Previous internship or part-time work experience of at least 6 months ideal
- ITE or Diploma Certificate
- Passion for education and personal growth
RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end operations for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material preparation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
- Stationed at client premise on-site for a period of time for program execution with transport and food allowance.
Delivery and Innovation:
- Assist in the delivery and innovation of operations for our coaching and training programs.
- Optimise onboarding processes for workshops and programs to ensure a seamless participant experience.
- Use automation tools like Zapier and ChatGPT to improve workflow and service delivery.
Client and Participant Support:
- Prepare and organise detailed notes with AI tools
- Update our student guide and onboarding emails
- Provide customer or client servicing support via text or email, ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
Logistics and Administration:
- Register participants and submit necessary paperwork for SkillsFuture and HRDF claims.
- Oversee logistical arrangements, including delivery and setup of training materials and equipment.
- Ensure lesson materials are printed and sent to local/overseas post.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams to confirm program requirements and deliverables.
- Send timely updates and reminders to participants about schedules, materials, and evaluations.
Budget and Inventory Management:
- Assist in tracking program budgets, stationery and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
